Elizabeth LaFlamme-Baker, NIC

Elizabeth graduated from Northeastern University in 2008 and received her Masters Degree from Post University in 2010. She served on the board for the Connecticut Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf from 2009-2015 serving as Member at Large, Corresponding Secretary and Vice President. She has also served as Secretary/Treasurer for the RID Video Interpreter Member Section and Region I Delegate for the RID Interpreters in Educational and Instructional Settings. She also served on the RID Region I Conference Planning Committees in 2012 and 2014.

In 2015 Elizabeth decided to take a step back from serving on boards so that she could spend more time in her role as a mommy. Elizabeth is a Connecticut native and currently lives in Danielson, CT with her husband and two sons, Vinny and Tony.
