Using a standard landline or our free downloadable app, you can connect to over 230+ languages 24/7. Although PI specializes in ASL interpreting, we have leveraged our OPI/VRI platform and partnerships to create a comprehensive language service offering for our clients. Our network has over 3,000 qualified interpreters across the US whom our partners have thoroughly vetted and approved. The average connection time is under 30 seconds with over 94% (99.79%-Spanish) success rate. PI currently provides OPI services to 20,000+ LEP patients and customers daily, thanks to strategic partnerships. We offer a highly scalable model that allows for exponential growth in technological infrastructure and staffing levels.

Steps for calling:

  1. Dial the toll-free number or local number provided
  2. Identify the language requested
  3. Provide requested info (account # and any pre-call data)
  4. Connect to an interpreter

Your account will be created with a unique account access code allowing the appropriate security. Additionally, ‘pre-call’ data can be collected and is customized to your account. Collect whatever desired information (e.g. patient name, dept, provider name etc..) to help gather detailed call logs to assist with any reporting needed.
