State Laws

There are various requirements that any working interpreter must follow in order to qualify to provide services with a state. This is not a comprehensive nationwide list, but focuses on New England states and Tennessee. Partners Interpreting is familiar with these regulations and ensures ONLY interpreters meeting the established requirements are assigned for your request. We continually monitor state laws as well as maintenance of our interpreter’s profiles to remain in compliance.
